Picking girls dressy shoes with your daughter can be a shopping trip filled with eye rolling, arguing and folded arms! Many parents, who have a picky little princess, have almost surely experienced this wonderful right of passage with their daughter. It seems like no matter which shoe you pick out, she will give you “that look” and the eyes start to roll.

To help ease the burden of these painful shopping experiences, I have listed a few dressy girl shoes my daughter and I have both agreed on (miracles do happen, believe it or not!). These shoes appeased my criteria (practical, inexpensive) and hers as well (hip, trendy, like omigod!):

Kenneth Cole Dancin’ Dress Shoe – these are dazzling dress shoes that are so comfortable your little diva will be dancing the night away. These sling back sandals come in both light gold and silver (we prefer the silver, with its metallic glow). The sandals have an open toe and a see through heel for an added hip touch.

Rachel Shoes Little Kid Siena Flat – these flats are very similar to an elegant ballet slipper. While these shoes aren’t as flashy as the ones above, they have a simple elegance to them, with a classic look. The soles are treated with a grippy texture to prevent slipping.

Bibi Little Kid BI-424167 Dress Shoe – these edgy shoes are glittering with all of the colors of the rainbow, which give them an ultra hip feel. They are also designed to be anatomically correct as your daughter’s foot continues to grow. These shoes really caught our eye the moment we saw them!

We honestly have nothing but good things to say about all of the dressy girls shoes above, and don’t have a preference wither way. We do know that your daughter will most likely love any pair you select.
